Using Data to Heighten Employee Retention and Engagement in a Hybrid World

Most organizations have been challenged with understanding how workplace experience impacts employee engagement. Since the return to office movement started, organizations had to bridge the gap between past ways of working and new expectations from workers for remote and hybrid work. The tension has been highlighted with mass employee exodus in 2021’s great reshuffle, followed by the economic downturns in 2022 that moved some of the power back into the hands of organizations.
